David Broughton (far left) has gone on to be with our Lord.  In the hospital, he often quoted one of his favorite songs, "I'm a Winner Either Way."  He crossed over to the other side of Jordan on Monday, July 7, 2008 shortly before midnight.  Our prayers are with all of the Broughtons and Smiths and their extended families in this time of mourning.  What a day that will be when we'll join you in gloryland. 

Thanks again for all your prayers for David. His viewing will be at Hoppers in Barbouville this Thursday night (7/10) from 6:30-9:00pm and the funeral will be at Sinking Valley Baptist Church in Barbourville at 1:00pm on Friday (7/11). *One of these days and it won't be long, we'll rejoin him in that song.
